When it comes time to select a care provider for a family member, Vigilant Home Care is fully aware of the magnitude of this decision and the concerns that come with it. It is our goal to help make this transition as smooth as possible so that our clients maintain their dignity and sense of independence as much as possible.

Vigilant Home Care services counties as follows:

North Carolina (Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston and Stanly)

South Carolina (Richland, Lexington, York, Lancaster, Chester, Orangeburg, Calhoun, Sumter and Fairfield)

Home Care agencies provide assistance with activities of daily living (such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation), medication reminders, household chores, mobility and transportation,  shopping, social activities and companion care. Home Health services are typically provided by a licensed registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. These medical professionals are able to perform medically relevant functions that may or may not be invasive that cannot be performed by non-licensed in-home care caregivers. This may include catheter inserts, g-tube feedings, medication administration and more.

Every new client of Vigilant Home Care receives a complimentary care assessment by our Registered Nurse Supervisor. This assessment will determine the scope of care needed for the client. The scope of care then determines the rate for services. Please call our office for more specific information relative to our pricing for services.

We accept private pay (credit card, ACH draft), long term care insurance,  Medicaid and Veterans Administration  benefits.
